Luna Pix offers state-of-the-art photo restoration.
Ripped, torn, faded, blemished and water-damaged prints can be restored to a like-new condition.
Scanning initially creates a digitised copy of your original and from this image, Luna Pix can go ahead and perform the magic that restores or modifies the image to a desirable end product, all whilst never altering the original print.
All that’s left for you to do is share the completed digitised image with friends and/or family, or have the image printed, framed and positioned in a desired area within your home.

Prices range from $20 for simple jobs to $240 + for images requiring complex restoration and reconstruction.

Restoration Examples
Basic Restoration - $20 PER PHOTO
Removal of small to medium spots, and improve colour contrast
Standard Restoration - $80 PER PHOTO
Includes Simple Restoration plus one or two small tears, creases, stains, scratches, and marks, small to medium spots, and blemishes. Removal of heavier colour cast.
Advance Restoration - $160 per photo
Recovery of heavily creased, scratched, faded, delaminated and stained photos, and colourisation of black and white and faded colour photos, or two standard tasks, e.g. moderate stain and crease removal, and colourisation.
Complex Restoration
$240 plus per photo - POA only
Severely degraded photos and documents needing hours and hours of careful editing and photo-realistic painting to recover lost detail, depth and colour.

Note:
Luna Pix will make every attempt to restore an image to a suitable outcome but please note that in many cases the digital reconstruction will require an artistic decision on the make-up of the image, such as when specific details are missing.
In most situations, Luna Pix can successfully create an outcome that looks authentic and is pleasing to the eye, however, where areas such as a person’s face are missing from an image it is near impossible to imagine and create the details of that face. In these cases, we request that the persons face be forwarded to us in a similar context, e.g. side or front views, etc., so that we may attempt to portray the detail as best as possible.
